Important — Please Read Before Using TickAI TickAI is a productivity tool designed to assist qualified auditors. It does not replace professional judgement. All outputs must be independently reviewed and verified by a qualified accounting professional before any reliance is placed upon them.

The most important thing to understand: TickAI provides AI-assisted preliminary analysis only. The auditor is solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and forming conclusions on all outputs. TickAI accepts no liability whatsoever for audit conclusions, errors in analysis, or any reliance placed on outputs generated by the tool.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
